Earl Grey is the classic among flavoured teas. Its fresh citrus scent comes from the oil of the bergamot fruit. The tea was named after the second Earl Grey, who brought this tea blend back to Great Britain from a trip to China in 1830.

Preparation:
• 1 slightly heaped spoon per cup
• Pour fresh, boiling water over it
