Lungo Intenso, literally a long coffee, is a more intense version of the stretched espresso. Instead of making a short espresso, enough hot water is taken to fill a standard cup of coffee. This is then passed through the roasted and ground coffee. The result: a rich and creamy coffee. A pleasure for the whole day.
